EDUCATION COURSES:
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR APPRAISERS IN GEORGIA:
Every appraiser with active classification
must complete14
Hours of classroom continuing education
for every year of the appraiser's
renewal period. In every two consecutive
renewal period the appraiser must complete a Board
Approved Uniformed Professional Approval Practice
seven (7) hour course.
