- This course is composed of
32 Sessions, plus an Orientation and at the end of the course an Epilogue. Some Sessions have a Part A, Part B and a Part C. Each unit has a video presentation and quiz. For supplement study there are links to important documents and crossword puzzle for each Session.
- The course is designed with
learning objectives so as the student goes through
the session, the student knows what the objectives
are.
- Each quiz requires an score of 80% or more to complete to move to the next session. If you do not obtain a score of 80% on a quiz, you just have to do the quiz again until you score the 80% to move on to the next session. This is the most important part
of the course, because as the student works
through these modules it demonstrates mastery
of the course.
- The student must complete
each quiz to take the proctored end of course
exam.
- The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires all pre-license students to know how to complete the forms that real estate agents use in their daily activities. With Cooke policy of OPENCOURSEWARE, Cooke wants the students to know exactly what the homework requirement by the Georgia Real Estate Commission is all about, so here is a link to the homework assignment itself. HOMEWORK.
- Once the nine required homework assignments are completed by filling out the forms properly, the student will need to faxed or mail the homework along with each of the nine homework affidavits before the end-of-course exam will be e-mail to the student's proctor.
- The end-of-course course exam has 150 multiple
choice questions and the student needs to score
a 75% on the Exam.
- This final exam is a
proctored final exam. The proctor must
be a person not related and who will not benefit
from the student obtaining a real estate license.
The final exam must be mailed to the student's
designated proctor. When the student completes
the on-line course work, the homework assignments
and the homework affidavit, the student should
e-mail Instructors
their proctor's name and address so the school
can mail the exam and documents to the proctor.
- Before a final completion
certificate can be mailed to the student and
the official notification to the State of Georgia,
the final exam, the answer sheet, the homework
assignments, the "Student
Affidavit" and the "Proctor
Affidavit" must be completed and turned
into the school.
- What happens if I fail the
end-of-course exam? A student who fails
the end-of-course final examination may take
only one retake examination. If the student
fails the second examination, the student must
repeat the course and pay the full tuition again.

VERY worth while. These items are a very
important part of this course. The documents
