Cooke offers this program in partnership with one of the largest real estate school providers in the United States, Dearborn Publishing's RECampus Program. This is the same program offered by many other real estate schools in the Georgia for much more money.

Below are the On-Line Continuing Education Courses. A licensee must take 24 hours of continuing education, but can choose from our 24 Hour CE Packet or choose from the following courses. You need to total 24 hours of continuing education to satisfy the requirement. Please read the provided course descriptions below and choose what interests you the most.

Each Course has a Link to the Cooke Real Estate School's RE Campus Course Enrollment. Each Course has a "sign up" button, then on the next page click under RE Campus on the left side of the page "Real Estate". Then click the "Continuing Education" button. Then click on the course and follow the directions.

How does an on-line program work?

Each course has Reading Assignments. The course is designed with learning objectives so as the student goes through the unit, the student knows what the objectives are.
Every Reading Comprehension Quiz needs to completed as does each Unit Exam. The student needs to obtain 100% on each Reading Comprehensive quiz and a minimum of 75% on the Unit Exams. This is the most important part of this course, because as the student works through these modules it demonstrates mastery of the course.
The student must complete each quiz and Unit Exam.
When the student completes the on-line portion, please e-mail the instructor with your notice that you have completed the program.
The continuing education courses do not require a proctored exam.
Before a final completion certificate can be mailed to the student and the official notification to the State of Georgia, the "Student Affidavit" must be completed and turned in to the school.
