Salesperson License Course is the first step one
takes to get their real estate career started.
The course is a 75 hour program. The student needs
to complete the program by attending all 75 hours
of instruction and by passing a monitored course
exam with a 75%. The State Exam is given
by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and also
requires a score of 75% or greater to pass.
This course covers the basic principles and practices
of real estate and Georgia license law.
The textbooks which can be used as the guide to

designated proctor the exam. The course
exam is a 50 question multiple choice exam.
Before the school can grade the exam the Student
