Salesperson License 75 Hour Streaming Video Course Homework

This is the require homework by the Georgia Real Estate Commission that must me completed in full and mailed to the school before the student can take the proctored end-of-course exam.   The first segment below starts with the Directions for the Homeworks.  The second segment are sample narratives and completed forms for student to peruse.  The third segment are the Narratives and sample forms to be completed and faxed to the school.   The final segment is the Cooke School Evaluation survey that needs to be completed and also faxed to the school. 

The narratives are "real life" real estate situations that real estate agents deal with everyday.

Print the forms and the Affidavits and when you complete the package mail them or fax them to the school .
